Pavilion Rental

 

1.    The beach pavilion may be rented by any member on a first come,  first served basis

2.    Beach pavilion rentals are for half day, 5 hour maximum blocks.
       Morning - Early Afternoon:  You can choose any 5 hour blocks between 8 AM to 3 PM.
       Late Afternoon - Evening: You can choose any 5 hour blocks betweem 4 PM and 10 PM.

2.   The cost is $75 for half-day rental

3.   A member can check availability, reserve and pay online using the Pavilion Reservations Scheduler link below.

4.   The date will show temporarily reserved until payment is made online or check received by the recording secretary. 

5.   The member is only reserving the pavilion.  The beach and other park amenities will remain open and available to all members

6.   The member may have access to the locked storage closet to access association tables and other items.  This closet will be unlocked by reaching any board member

7.   All posted beach rules must be followed

8.   The member must clean up the area and replace any tables etc in the closet

9.   All trash must be placed in cans or taken away
